Just do it!
Those are words of encouragement you are likely getting from folks and friends pushing you into marriage. They will advise you to "just do the marriage", you will "SURVIVE" in it. SMH! I will rather tell you, don't 'just do it' in the hope to survive in it. DO IT with preparedness to survive in it. Many have been pushed to jump into marriage but fumble and tumble out of it in regret. If only they had prepared for it.Marriage is a serious institution that requires proper preparation. If only people can prepare for marriage the way they prepare for the wedding ceremony, we would have less of broken marriages. Couples need to lay a solid foundation for marriage before jumping into it.
Jump when ready!
Those are the words of advice from me to you. Don't be pushed into what you are not adequately prepared for. 'Do it' at your own conviction of readiness. Do not let people pressure you into marriage when you are not ready for it. The pressures in a marriage you are not prepared for is greater than the pressure pushing you into it. A bad marriage may be a life sentence into a horrific nuptial journey.Jump and Brace!
Jump and brace for impact when you are convinced you are ready for marriage. When you get pushed unprepared, you may not be able to brace appropriately for impact. But when you jump at will, having studied on your own the grounds you will be landing, you are able to put up a strong brace.Marriage is not a bed of roses as movies or people paint it to be. You will soon be hit with the realities of its pains and gains; joy and sorrows; struggles and breakthroughs; etc. But if you are adequately prepared for the marriage jump before jumping, then you will be able to embrace the eventualities in it.
